PUT AN END TO THE SUFFERING

Symptoms of a TBI can be mild, moderate, or severe. It's time to feel your best

Our medical director, Dr. Damayo, will review your labs and recommend the appropriate treatment plan.

1. Enrollment

You will be asked to fill out some forms specific to the TBI program. After your forms are complete, a member of our clinical team will review your enrollment packet to determine if we can accept your case. If your case is accepted, you must pay the enrollment fee before you can start the program and any lab orders are created.

2. Labs

In order to clearly understand what is affecting you, we require four different comprehensive lab tests to be performed on all TBI program members. Someone from our clinical staff will contact you to schedule your lab work, this will be a combination of bloodwork, mouth swab, and urine test.

3. Evaluation

After your lab results are returned to us, you will be scheduled for an evaluation with one of our Millennium Health Network trained providers to review your results and treatment plan. We encourage you to come prepared with questions so you clearly understand the lab results and are comfortable with your treatment plan.
