Make sure you received the special appointment link and know how to join the call. Have all medication on hand and any questions prepared?

Join

Join your appointment from a private, quiet space in your home. For your safety and privacy, we cannot allow calls to take place from a moving vehicle or public space.

If you are new to Paradise, you will be asked to fill out a ‘New Patient Packet’ which includes your personal, medical, and mental health history. This information will allow us to verify your insurance and help us understand what your needs are.
