Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering. By ordering a Brain Well Treatment Plan or a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our treatment plan and consultation services provide professional medical advice and guidance.These services do not establish a provider-patient relationship and should be considered as a consultation only.

2. Payment and Insurance

All treatment plans and consultations are self-pay services. Insurance is not accepted for any Brain Well services.Clients have the option to use their insurance for lab tests. Alternatively, clients can choose to use our self-pay rates for lab tests.It is the client’s responsibility to understand their insurance coverage and verify whether lab tests are covered by their insurance provider.Payments for the treatment plan, lab orders, or consultation must be made before service can be provided.

3. Results and Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes may vary due to a multitude of factors including but not limited to individual health conditions and adherence to recommended treatments.Any advice or treatment plans provided are based on the information available at the time of the consultation and are subject to change as new information becomes available.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available under any of the following circumstances:If lab orders have been completed.If a treatment plan has been created.If the consultation has been completed.If you request a refund you must do so before any services are rendered.

5. Use of Services

By using our consultation services, you acknowledge that the consultation is for informational and educational purposes only.You understand that this service is not a substitute for a full medical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy.All consultations are confidential, and your information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our treatment plans or consultation services.Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation service.
