“Being humble means recognizing that we are not on earth to see how important we can become, but to see how much difference we can make in the lives of others.”

I believe in giving my patients long lasting healing from their psychiatric symptoms. My passion is to make sure every patient gets the treatment they need. This is done by performing a comprehensive evaluation using Precision Psychiatry to help me find the root cause of a patient’s problem. I check for vitamin deficiencies, investigate hormonal abnormalities along with checking for viral infections that can cause long term fatigue. I also utilize genetic testing to avoid medications that don’t work.

I have come to realize that no 2 people are alike so Precision Psychiatry allows me to come up with a treatment plan unique to the patient’s chemistry and DNA. My goal for patients is to achieve brain health in order to overcome symptoms from depression and anxiety.

I believe in holistic treatment using Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. This approach includes natural supplements, transcranial magnetic stimulation, promoting a healthy lifestyle in addition to psychiatric medications.

If necessary, hormone replacement and hyperbaric chamber is also utilized. One must eat right, sleep right, have healthy relationships and a spiritual life in order to feel whole again.

With all these modalities in place, I have helped many patients feel better with long lasting effects, which should be the goal for anyone suffering from a mental illness.
