Bonjour, I'm Sherline Herard. I am a LMHC dedicated to helping individuals, navigates life's challenges with resilience and confidence.
I hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's in sociology from Florida Gulf Coast University. I'm also currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education at Walden University.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Adlerian Theory. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and emotional dysregulation.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard and empowered. I believe that healing begins when we recognize our own strength. Whether you're seeking clarity, growth or a more balanced life, I'm here to walk alongside you as you move toward your goals.
